Meet Erin B.
I didn’t build Black Diamond Accounting Group simply because I love numbers. I built it because I saw a real need.
After years in accounting and finance, I began noticing something within the beauty industry: incredibly talented professionals were building loyal clientele and growing revenue, but many were still trying to figure out the business of running the business.
My connection to beauty is personal, too. During a major season of transition in my own life, beauty became part of rediscovering my confidence and reconnecting with myself. It gave me an even greater appreciation for the professionals who help people feel seen, cared for, and confident every day.
That’s when the pieces came together.
I wanted to combine my financial experience, love for business strategy, and appreciation for beauty to help beauty professionals build businesses that are just as strong behind the scenes as they are behind the chair.
