Growing up, I was captivated by the idea that your efforts could turn into opportunities. I was fascinated with money— Not in the “chasing a dollar” kind of way and not just for what it could buy, but for what it represented: freedom, security, and the chance to create something meaningful. That fascination became my compass, guiding me toward a career in finance and accounting. But if I’m honest, it wasn’t always fulfilling.

My defining moment came when a close friend asked for help with her business. She had an incredible vision but felt stuck and overwhelmed by the financial side of things. I stepped in, working behind the scenes to turn her ideas into a plan, her fears into confidence, and her struggles into success. Year after year, her business grew—and so did her confidence. Watching her transform was one of the most rewarding moments of my life. I realized I wanted to do this for more people.

I wanted to help others break through their own limitations and turn their dreams into reality. In 2022, I decided to bet on myself and founded The Black Diamond Accounting Group. The name reflects the values I hold close: strength, resilience, and excellence. My mission is simple but powerful—to help women-led businesses take control of their finances and turn their goals into reality.

I created the SheFO Program for women like you: leaders, visionaries, and go-getters who are ready to align their finances with their dreams. I know the journey isn’t easy—I’ve been there, doubting whether the next big step will pay off. But I also know that with the right guidance, you can break through those doubts and build a future you’re proud of. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to balance the demands of running a business while trying to manage your finances. And while trying to transition from a well paying full-time job to full entrepreneurship. I know what it’s like to dream big but feel unsure of the next step. That’s where I come in.
